APPLE WATCH MONITOR'S BLOOD SUGAR(DIABETES)

 APPLE GLUCOSE MOTINORING SYSTEM

The Apple Glucose Monitoring System is a rumored project that Apple is reportedly working on. The goal of the system would be to provide non-invasive, continuous glucose monitoring for people with diabetes.

 DIABETES:

Diabetes is a chronic health condition characterized by high levels of sugar (glucose) in the blood. There are two main types of diabetes:

  1. Type 1 diabetes: This type of diabetes is an autoimmune disorder in which the body's immune system attacks and destroys the insulin-producing cells in the pancreas. As a result, the body is unable to produce enough insulin to regulate blood sugar levels. Type 1 diabetes usually develops in childhood or adolescence, but can occur at any age.

  2. Type 2 diabetes: This type of diabetes occurs when the body becomes resistant to the effects of insulin or doesn't produce enough insulin to regulate blood sugar levels. Type 2 diabetes is often associated with obesity and sedentary lifestyle and can occur at any age, but is most commonly diagnosed in middle-aged and older adults.

According to the International Diabetes Federation, the top 10 countries with the highest number of adults living with diabetes

    1.     China - 116.4 million
    2.     India - 77.0 million
    3.     United States - 34.2 million
    4.     Brazil - 21.6 million
    5.     Indonesia - 16.7 million
    6.     Pakistan - 16.2 million
    7.     Mexico - 13.9 million
    8.     Egypt - 10.6 million
    9.     Japan - 10.0 million
    10.     Bangladesh - 9.7 million

Normally a person check blood glucose level by using Glucose meter or in Hospitals.

BLOOD GLUCOSE MONITOR SYSTEM (APPLE):

Now apple company goes under the project of Blood glucose monitor system. In which they decided to bring blood glucose monitor system in upcoming series. The system called Dubbed E5  is to monitoring the blood glucose level without needing to pick skin for blood.

Currently, most glucose monitoring systems require a small amount of blood to be drawn in order to measure glucose levels. However, Apple's system would reportedly use optical sensors to measure glucose levels in the blood without the need for a needle or blood sample.

This technology would be integrated into an Apple Watch or other wearable device, allowing users to monitor their glucose levels in real-time throughout the day. The system could also potentially alert users if their glucose levels become too high or too low, allowing for quick intervention to prevent serious health complications.

While there has been speculation about this project for several years, Apple has not yet officially announced any plans to release a glucose monitoring system. However, the company has demonstrated a strong interest in health and wellness technology, and it is possible that this could be a future product offering.

STEVE JOBS INTEREST ON DEVELOPING BLOOD GLUCOSE MONITORING SYSTEM:

Steve Jobs, the co-founder of Apple, reportedly had a keen interest in developing a non-invasive blood glucose monitoring system for people with diabetes. Jobs himself had been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, which has been linked to an increased risk of diabetes.

In a biography of Steve Jobs by Walter Isaacson, it is mentioned that Jobs believed that the ability to monitor blood glucose levels easily and non-invasively would be a game-changer for people with diabetes. He reportedly encouraged Apple's engineers to work on developing a blood glucose monitoring system that could be integrated into a wearable device like the Apple Watch.

Jobs also reportedly met with several leading diabetes experts and companies working on glucose monitoring technology to discuss the development of a non-invasive monitoring system. While Jobs passed away before such a system was developed, his interest in the project reportedly continued to inspire Apple's work in the field of health and wellness technology, including the rumored development of a non-invasive glucose monitoring system.
